We retain user data as long as the account is active. If inactive for 1 year, we delete the data. Users can deactivate their account and request data deletion through the app.

  • When a user expresses interest in hiring a Guide, we share the Guide’s email and phone number.

  • We share data with service providers who help operate our app (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email) only as necessary.
