By sharing Your Content, you grant Backcountry Guides a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, and display it.
You represent that Your Content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
Backcountry Guides reserves the right to remove user content that violates these Terms. Users can report inappropriate content via the report button

Ownership: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Service are owned by Backcountry Guides or its licensors.

9. Generative AI and Recommendations
